Spill Media LLC

Welcome to Spill Media (the “Website”), owned and operated by Spill Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.spillthemedia.com and all related services, including Spill Media consulting, creative services, programs, paid courses, memberships, live events, and other digital content or offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. 

 

2. Services, Digital Products and Events

Spill Media LLC provides digital courses, memberships, webinars, consulting, creative services, and training programs. When purchasing or enrolling in our Services, you agree to the following:

No Refunds
We offer no refunds for digital products or event purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to the next event if available. If you do not attend the next event, your ticket is forfeited.

No Guarantee of Results
All services and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, execution, market conditions, and external factors.

Assumption of Risk (Live Events)
By attending a live event, you assume all risks and waive liability for any health issues, including sickness, injury, disability, or death arising from participation.

Event Filming and Preferred Seating
Portions of live events may be broadcasted or recorded for educational or marketing purposes. Some attendees may receive preferred seating or access as part of a membership or program.

Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, PDFs, templates, strategies, and creative content, are copyrighted and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without express written permission from Spill Media LLC.

 

3. Memberships and Subscription Services

If you enroll in any Spill Media membership, subscription, or ongoing service program, you agree to:

Recurring Payments
Memberships or subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at purchase.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel by providing written notice before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Non-Transferable Access
Access is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
 

 

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments
All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without first contacting support, we reserve the right to revoke access to Services and future offerings.

 

5. Consent to Communications (TCPA Compliance)

By registering on the Spill Media website or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Spill Media LLC regarding services, events, educational content, and requested materials from lead magnets, webinars, or inquiries.

We adhere to Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) guidelines. Spill Media LLC may utilize:

  • SMS and MMS communications

  • AI-generated voice technology

  • Marketing communications

  • Automated technology
     

Carriers not responsible for messages.  Message/Data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. We may use prerecorded or artificial voice messages where permitted by law. You may revoke consent at any time by following opt-out instructions included in communications.

 

6. Data Storage and Use

Spill Media LLC collects and stores personal information to deliver Services, provide educational content, and communicate offers. By submitting your information, you consent to us:

  • Contacting you via email, phone, or SMS regarding purchases and content

  • Using your data to provide offers, recommendations, and track service usage

  • Sharing data with trusted partners only when necessary to fulfill Services

  • Storing your information for communication and business development purposes

By attending any Spill Media LLC event, you consent to being recorded or photographed for promotional and educational use. These images or recordings may appear on:

  • Spill Media LLC websites

  • Social media channels

  • Marketing materials

You waive all rights to claims against Spill Media LLC for the use of your likeness.

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No Guarantees
Results depend on effort, execution, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

No Professional Advice
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Consult licensed professionals as needed.

Public Health Assumption of Risk
By attending live events, you acknowledge potential health risks and waive liability against Spill Media LLC.

 

10. No Resale and Limitation of Liability

You are prohibited from:

  • Sharing your account access

  • Reselling any Spill Media content without written permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spill Media LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Services.

 

11. Submissions and Public Content

Any content you submit or post in Spill Media communities or platforms may be visible to others and may be used for promotional purposes.

If you do not want your content used, do not submit or post it.
